Angel is a freaking DREAM. The man can bustle a dress in literally a minute, which is something I really thought I was going to miss half of my cocktail hour for. He ran up to my room multiple times because I forgot so many things, and did it with a huge smile the entire time. Heidi and Melissa are the friendliest people ever, and answered every question I had promptly and knowingly. Ashley at the front desk dealt with a LOT with our room block, and still managed to fit in everyone we requested, even last minute.
